My Date With Vani

Since the dating scene for me is like a vast and dry desert, I decided to take each of the Frank kids out.  This is not the first time I have done it, but it has been awhile.  It's a great time to hang out and talk with them one-on-one.  I started with Vani.  Vani has many, many interests but a big one is sea animals and talking about being a marine biologist one day.  So for our date Vani chose to go to the Idaho Aquarium and Sonic for a snack.

When I was trying to get another picture of Vani touching the clam, it snapped down on her finger.  She jumped so high, I almost fell over from laughing.

We then headed to Sonic for a special drink and some tots and fries.

The Idaho Aquarium is not much to look at in my opinion but Vani had a blast!  I enjoyed spending time with her and hearing about school, friends and the constant begging for a stuffed animal from the gift shop.
